Poly Bridge gives you the opportunity to become a structural engineer without ever having studied engineering. If you have studied, Poly Bridge gives you the opportunity to live out all of those ‘what if’ scenarios rattling around in your brain. Poly Bridge is a physics-based bridge building simulator that features the tools required to create everything from simple light car bridges to multi-deck draw-bridges, slalom-like jumps and more.
After 12 months, the game has finally left early access. Poly Bridge has come a long way to be bigger and better than ever with more levels, new artwork, leaderboards, improved bridge building and a unique take on Twitch based integration.
There’s a massive amount of content to keep you engaged. Campaign mode has over 100 puzzle scenarios to solve, while Sandbox Mode lets you go wild and create complex bridges or absurd creations that push the boundaries of the game’s mechanics. Connecting to Steam Workshop will give you access to hundreds of user created levels and lets your friends try out your creations. There’s even a function to transform your creations into GIFs to share over social media.
On Steam, Poly Bridge has 800+ reviews that are overall very positive. If you enjoy construction based games and laughing at your failures than this might be the game for you.
Poly Bridge is developed by Dry Cactus who are based in Wellington New Zealand. You can check out the game and its soundtrack here.
