You are a horse. Your mission: Suit up for the harsh conditions ahead, then speed down a hill performing 360s, bobity boops, swifty schwiftys and all that technical jumbo before crashing into a massive bullseye or bowling pins. Did I mention you are a horse?
Snow Horse is a 100% inaccurate horse snowboarding simulator where the points are made up. The game features a Career Mode, Big Air Mode, and Leaderboards, although we are unsure how leaderboards work if the points are made up. You can grind rails, build multipliers and do other horse tricks too.
The horse is not your typical stallion. It can be customised with all sorts of hats that are collected throughout the game. A pumpkin head is one example, which is appropriate as Halloween is on the horizon (sort of).
Snow Horse is developed by @Kinifi – one man who is a mild-mannered software engineer by day and a horse enthusiast by night. Snow Horse is released on PC today! An iOS version was released last week, and an Xbox One version will follow. You can check it out on Steam here.
When it comes to a game about a snowboarding horse the question is not why or how, but rather what took so long?
