This was an unexpected announcement. Microsoft has entered the world of fashion by revealing their first design – the Xbox Onesie. The limited edition Onesie is described as “the perfect loungewear attire for true entertainment fans!”
The onesie features enlarged pockets to fit your Xbox Controller and TV remote plus an arm pouch that offers quick access to your mobile phone. The hood is XL to accommodate headsets, and there are even forearm grips to prevent slipping during those ‘edge of your seat’ moments. The Onesie will also launch with an option to have your Gamertag embroidered on the chest.
The announcement of the onesie has spurred varied opinions from the PN2 team.
Mark: “IWANT IT. GIVE, ME, NOW”
Tyler: “If it were a hoodie instead I would actually consider it. But it’s a joke as is. A very effective PR stunt though”
Chris: “Huh, cool idea”
Mike: “What a waste of popcorn”
The Xbox Onesie was announced alongside the release of the Xbox One S that is 40 per cent smaller and comes packaged with the new Xbox wireless controller. There’s no word on a release date for the Onesie, although supply will be limited within Australia.
