One of the many highlights of NBC’s Hannibal was the exquisite meals that Hannibal Lecter would prepare for his dinner guests occasionally made from the same guests.

Titan Books are about to publish Feeding Hannibal: A Connoisseur’s Cookbook, a collection of easy-to-follow recipes inspired by Dr Lecter’s culinary creations, although these recipes are expected to be missing one shocking ingredient. Feeding Hannibal’s author Janice Poon has a long history in graphic novels and is also the food stylist responsible for the presentation of the food featured in the TV series.

Each recipe is accompanied by humorous anecdotes, artwork and behind the scenes images of the cast and crew giving you an insider’s look at the critically acclaimed horror series. Feeding Hannibal will feature 240 pages of shocking good times and will be published on the 18th October.

While you’re waiting, it’s the perfect time to re-watch all three seasons of the disturbingly good Hannibal or get into it for the first time. A 9 disc blue ray collection is also expected early October.
