Epic Flail takes the classic gladiatorial arena premise and adds inspiration from Japanese anime. The result is a fast-paced, addictive and challenging brawler that pits you against the legends of the area and the gods themselves. Unfortunately, the anime influence didn’t result in giant battling robots, but the giant boss battles will surely make up for it.
Combat is a little on the simple side, but the challenge ramps up real quick and some strategy is required not to get …flailed! Epic Flail is about battling waves upon waves of enemies while avoiding trap such as giant saw blades and spike pits. It’s instant kill, but armour pick-ups may help you hold on that little bit longer.
Epic Flail has finally made its way to PC this week after being released on mobile back in February. It’s the same game with the added benefit a keyboard or controller support. The PC release also features leaderboards and achievements.
If you’re looking for a game that channels those arcade vibes and will satisfy your pixelated bloodlust, play Epic Flail.
Epic Flail is available now for Android, iOS and PC. It’s developed by Noxus.
